What are we talking about ?

This policy describes the way in which Inovéoz processes and protects your personal data when you browse our site.

Inovéoz undertakes to ensure that the collection and processing of your data, carried out from the site www.inoveoz.com, complies with the general data protection regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act.

 

Our forms limit the collection of personal data to what is strictly necessary (data minimization) and indicate in particular:

1 – Objectives

The purpose of collecting data on the site www.inoveoz.com is to create a prospect and customer management file. This file is used for statistical purposes, to contact and offer content to visitors. Future information is intended only for the exclusive use of Inovéoz, and is not subject to any communication or transfer to third parties.

Purposes of the data collected: sending newsletters and emailing campaigns, improving navigation on the site and better understanding of your needs and preferences.

 

2 – Relevance of data

In order to best monitor the interest shown by Inovéoz prospects and customers, the file collects all information from site visitors relating to identity, profession and activity on the site www.inoveoz.com. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, information relating to racial or ethnic origins, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, health or sexual life of a person is not collected.

 

3 – Data retention

The data collected is kept for a maximum period of 3 years, after the last consultation of the website by the person. At the end of this period, all data relating to the person is deleted.

 

4 – Data breach and communication within 72 hours (Art. 33 and Art. 34 of the GDPR)

In the event of a violation or suspected violation of personal data, Inovéoz and its subcontractors will notify the CNIL, 72 hours at the latest, after becoming aware of it.
