Carbon Footprint Reduction
Soft mobility 🚴♂️🚆: we prioritize various soft mobility options and carpooling, and encourage work meetings by video or telephone. For example, in 2024, we reduced our speakers' travel by 20% by using local speakers for training.
Paper Use 📄♻️: We are reducing paper use by limiting printing to what is strictly necessary, using recycled paper and eco-friendly inks, and favoring digital media. By 2023, we had reduced our paper consumption by 30% by adopting these practices.
Quality of Life at Work & Inclusion
Diversity & Inclusion 🌈: We adopt a diversity inclusion policy, both in the recruitment of employees and partners and in their daily engagement and advancement. For example, our team is made up of 60% women and 40% men, and we recruited two people who were far from employment in 2024.
Employee well-being 😊: We implement collective and individual actions to improve the quality of life and well-being of our employees, including seminars, workshops, and e-learning modules on best practices. In 2024, we organized two annual green seminars to strengthen team cohesion and co-construct collective actions.

Continuing to reduce travel 🚗🌍: We aim to reduce the travel distances of our workers, favoring local workers to reduce our carbon footprint. By 2025, we expect that 50% of our interventions will be carried out by local workers.
Maintaining remote working 💻🏡: We encourage remote working to reduce our carbon footprint and improve the well-being of our teams. By 2025, 90% of our new hires will work remotely.
Increased responsible purchasing 🛒♻️: We promote responsible purchasing, particularly with regard to refurbished and guaranteed repairable equipment. In 2024, our main collaborative workplace was renovated to meet insulation and energy consumption standards.
